2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You must be 18 years or older to create an account.

3. Medical Services Disclaimer

All medical advice, diagnoses, and prescriptions are provided by independent, licensed medical practitioners, not by AyuSetu. We are a technology platform that facilitates communication. Any doctor-patient relationship is between you and your healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

4. Data Privacy and Your Health Information

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your Personal Health Information (PHI) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws like the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) of India.

• Confidentiality: Your medical records and personal data are confidential. Access is restricted to you, your authorized healthcare providers, and authorized pharmacies processing your prescriptions.
• Data Security: We use encryption (both in transit and at rest) and other security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
• Your Responsibility: You agree to access your health information only through the secure AyuSetu platform. Do not share your login details, and ensure you use a secure device and network.

5. Appropriate Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform responsibly. You will not use it for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to misrepresent your identity or medical condition. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

6. Prescriptions and Pharmacies

E-prescriptions are transmitted securely to licensed pharmacies through the platform. You are responsible for selecting your pharmacy and for any payments for medications. AyuSetu is not responsible for the dispensing of medication, its quality, or its delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

AyuSetu is provided "as-is." We are not liable for any medical outcomes, professional negligence by a healthcare provider, or any issues arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but your medical records may be retained as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
